Our beautiful hotel, "Casa Maya", is a unique place where you will have the opportunity to take diving certification programs. The hotel is located just a few feet from a semi circle bay called "Media Luna", were you will find calm waters with no strong currents, and with the needed height to take and enjoy the beginner's diving lessons.

We offer certifications at all levels starting from open water divemaster, which are given in our front beach, with small groups taught by our PADI instructors, who will make learning easier and will maintain the highest standards for dive training, safety and personalized service. We also have a large variety of shallow waters and safe diving sites, all appropriate for beginner divers.

If you are already involved in a PADI class, we can offer you the referral program, where you can complete your certification in our warm and clear Caribbean waters, and enjoy the rest of your vacation waking up in your mayan type cabins, taking a nap in a hammock by the sea and enjoying the most beautiful sunsets you could ever see.

Open Water Diver Course:

Complete certification program including academic and practice classes, using professional PADI materials and skill training in the water. Four (4) diving trips are included.

Duration: 3 to 4 days.
Cost: $300 USD.*

Rescue Diver Course:

In this course you will learn all about practical assist and rescue techniques, safety and accident management.

Duration: 3 to 4 days.
Cost: $350 USD.*

Open Water Referral Course:

In this course you will learn all about practical assist and rescue techniques, safety and accident management.

Duration: 2 days, 1 night
Cost: $300 USD.

Advanced Open Water Course:

In this course you will learn all about practical assist and rescue techniques, safety and accident management.
